You can come to us at The Car Doctor for your accident damage repairs and we will provide a full written quote for your insurers and once they authorise us to carry out the work we will work them in full to ensure that your repairs are paid for. We even have a courtesy car if needed.
If the accident wasn’t your fault, you may be interested to know that we work with a company who will manage your claim, provide a like for like courtesy vehicle and also assist with any personal injury claims resulting from the crash.
Cashback terms & conditions
Once we have carried out your repairs and you have signed to say they have been completed to your satisfaction, we will present you with a cashback voucher for an amount based on the final cost of repairs. The final cost of repairs is the final bill which your insurance company will pay us minus parts and VAT.
Finally, when you collect your vehicle we will deduct your cash back amount from your excess you need to pay the insurance company or provide you with a cheque for the cash back amount.
